At the Lighthouse Hospitality Group, we believe that great hospitality isn’t just about service, it’s about creating unforgettable moments in our personal lives and those we serve. We exist to help hospitality managers become world-class leaders, transforming their teams, guest experiences, and careers in the process.

Our Story

The Lighthouse Hospitality Group was born out of a passion for personal development, leadership, and hospitality. After spending years in the industry, we saw a common challenge: incredible managers struggling to balance operational demands, leadership expectations, and their own long-term growth. Too often, they were stuck reacting to problems instead of building thriving teams and careers.  We saw too many people get to the end of a year or a decade and wonder if they were capable of more, and if they were truly accomplishing everything they wanted in life, both personally and professionally.  We were tired of seeing our friends and colleagues burnt out, frustrated with their boards, unexpectedly let go and turning over every few years, and hearing the same complaint from clubs that “their member experience was inconsistent and lacking.” 

We knew there had to be a better way. So, we set out to provide hospitality leaders with the tools, mindset, and strategies to lead with confidence, serve with heart, and build a future they’re proud of. 

Our Experience & Certifications

With over 50 years of combined experience in corporate human resources, luxury private country clubs and hotels, our team understands the challenges and opportunities managers face. We’ve coached and trained countless leaders, helping them navigate career growth, team leadership, and customer experience transformation.  Our coaches, facilitators, and trainers are fully certified professionals in Unreasonable Hospitality, Business Made Simple - Small Business Flight Plan, Full Focus 10-year Life Planning, Freedom Compass, SMARTER Goal Achievement, Best Year Ever, Crucial Conversations, and Myers-Briggs MBTI Certified Practitioners as well as Certified Club Manager (CCM) and Certified Chief Executive (CCE) and hold Honor Society status with the Club Management Society of America.
